Nance is a Branch Manager for the First Heritage Federal Credit Union in Wellsboro, PA. She is a graduate of Olean (NY) Business Institute and the Tioga County Development Corporation Leadership Team. She has been involved in the banking industry for over twenty-five years. Nancy gives back to her community by being a Board member of the Wellsboro Chamber of Commerce, Team Captain of the Scrambled Legs and Achin’ Team for Relay for Life.
