Keren is currently the Controller for the Tioga/Bradford County Housing Authority; a position she has held for seven years. This agency provides housing to many of our Head Start families in both Bradford and Tioga counties. Keren held the position of Credit and Collections Analyst / Cost Accountant with Ward Manufacturing for five years, Sales Representative for First Citizens Community Bank for two years, and Staff Accountant for Adelphia Communications for two years. Keren has Bachelor Degrees in Music Business and Accounting from Mansfield University. She is active in her community, including Boy Scouts and children's sports.
