Students enrolled in the Blossburg 1 and Blossburg 2 Head Start classrooms will soon be receiving regular visits from someone special. They will have the pleasure of working with local artist, KJ Reimensnyder-Wagner, as she shares her knowledge and enthusiasm in an artist residency sponsored by Northern Tier Partners for the Arts, Pennsylvania Council on the Arts and Bradford-Tioga Head Start, Inc.

Northern Tier Partners for the Arts in Education residency program strives to provide intensive, on-going art experiences in Tioga, Bradford, Lycoming, Sullivan, Wyoming, Montour and Columbia counties. It believes in affirming the creative potential of each person, enhancing technical knowledge and ability, inspiring creativity, stimulating the expression of personal vision and applauding excellence.

As a member of the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA), Northern Tier Partners for the Arts will be carrying the mission of the PCA to foster the excellence, diversity and vitality of the arts in Pennsylvania and to broaden the availability and appreciation of those arts throughout the state.
