Bradford-Tioga Head Start Receives SUPER Surprise

This year marks the first time ever that Bradford Tioga Head Start has had a classroom in the Canton Elementary school. To sure their appreciation for all the work that went in to making this possible, children and staff sent a thank you gift bag to Canton Area Schools Superintendent, Eric Briggs. So imagine their surprise when Mr. Briggs came to their classroom to thank them for his gift!

Sitting at their level, Mr. Briggs talked to the children, asking them their names and what they enjoyed about school. He made them feel SUPER special! “It was a fun visit”, said Canton 2 Teacher Aide Nina Sakers. “We hope he comes back to visit us again.” It’s safe to say that he is a SUPER superintendent! Hats off to you Mr. Eric Briggs!!
